At DAUR, we carefully curate and create each piece using recycled, upcycled, and vintage materials. Due to the limited and unique nature of our products, all sales may be final unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Exchanges
If returns or exchanges are accepted, items must:

Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Include original tags and packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Swimwear
For hygiene reasons, worn or washed swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Vintage & Upcycled Pieces
Please note that vintage and upcycled garments may show slight signs of wear or variation, which are considered part of each item’s character and not defects.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
